Making NYE A Night To Remember With Vanity
Vanity bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of exclusive parties in luxurious locations such as London, Marbella and Dubai. With invite only events, Vanity always maintains the integrity and the quality experience of their events.
For the last three years iEffects Ltd have been working with Vanity on the New Years Eve celebrations. Starting from 4pm and continuing to the early hours, the event hosts over 600 guests. We transformed the restaurant of historic Oatlands Park Hotel in Weybridge to have a nightclub feel for a night to remember for all attending.
Turning a dining space into a nightclub experience, we were able to mix the finery of the location with the big magical midnight moments.
Building 55m of truss, we set up light beams and strobes to give the feeling of a club, with up-lights all around the edge of the room too.
An Opus sound system levelled music throughout the room and we continued to build the anticipation of the bringing in the New Year with C02 jets and a confetti drop at the strike of midnight.
We built staging around the outskirts of the room to create premium VIP spacing to add a little bit extra to some of the attendees' night with premium floor space.
